The organizing committee is proud to announce that the 56th Annual Radiobioassay and Radiochemical Measurements Conference will take place October 25 through October 29, 2010 at the Red Lion Hanford House in Richland, Washington.

Join with your colleagues in presenting and learning about new work, both completed and in progress, in radiobioassay and radiochemistry at this premier conference. As usual, there will be workshops and vendor exhibits in addition to the oral and poster technical papers.

The Red Lion is located on the scenic Columbia River, adjacent to to Richland's Howard Amon Park and its seven-mile path for walking, jogging, and biking. The park can be your starting point for a jet-boat tour of the Hanford Reach, or tours of some of the more than 40 local wineries. You will also have the opportunity to tour parts of the Hanford Reservation, including the Laser Interferometer Gravitational-wave Observatory (LIGO), which is looking for rippies in the fabric of spacetime, and the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, which performs research for DOE as well as government agencies, universities, and industry. Richland's exceptional climate makes golf one of the most popular sports. Three golf courses designed for varying levels of skill are available in Richland and seven beautiful courses are found in the area.
